So you're thinking of joining us! This is fantastic news. Below you will find more information regarding the costs and benefits of investing in WonderVillage and buying one of the properties in the Village:

  • All the numbers are in Thai Baht.

  • Credit Points - Explained in the Business Model.

  • Estimated Annual Income - Assumes occupancy rates of 70%, and the unit being available for rent 365 days a year. The estimation is based on previous experience with Wonderland Healing Center sales, though the accommodation and facilities of WonderVillage will be more luxurious, which will likely positively affect the nightly rate and annual income. 

  • Estimated Annual Management Fees - 25% of annual income.

  • Minimum Annual Management Fees - Explained in the Business Model.

If you wish to proceed with your participation in the project, we will finalize the legal aspects and proceed to payments in the following timeframe:

The first payment (50%) must be completed within 14 days of signing the loan agreement.

The second payment (50%) must be completed within 6 months of signing the loan agreement.


As WonderVillage is a friends and family project all the above supplied information, and specifically the payment structure, can accommodate specific needs and challenges.
