The estimation is based on previous experience with Wonderland Healing Center sales, though the accommodation and facilities of WonderVillage will be more luxurious, which will likely positively affect the nightly rate and annual income.

If you wish to proceed with your participation in the project, we will finalize the legal aspects and proceed to payments in the following timeframe:
The first payment (50%) must be completed within 14 days of signing the loan agreement.
The second payment (50%) must be completed within 6 months of signing the loan agreement.
As WonderVillage is a friends and family project all the above supplied information, and specifically the payment structure, can accommodate specific needs and challenges.
